After relocating seven times during his 32-year career in the healthcare industry, he understands firsthand the anxieties that can come with buying and selling property. In 2005, Pete transitioned into real estate at Smith Mountain Lake, driven by his desire to make a positive impact by providing clients with a quality, stress-free experience. Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and a master’s degree in marketing and finance, equipping him with the skills to navigate the complexities of today’s real estate market.
