The annual Smith Mountain Lake Charity Home Tour is a cherished community event benefiting local nonprofits since 1991.
This unique fundraiser showcases eight stunning lakefront homes, accessible by both car and boat, showcasing unique architectural styles and breathtaking views. Each is generously opened to the public by its owners and staffed by volunteers from the eight designated charities that benefit from the event proceeds.
Smith Mountain Lake Invitational Golf Tournament
The Annual Smith Mountain Lake Golf Invitational, a signature event by The Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce, is a lake tradition that began in 1996. The invitational brings the SML business community together for a day of friendly competition and fosters connections amongst local businesses.
